The support staff is located and fully accessible to you right in your own office (off-site processing centers are NOT required, but are available if you require them).

Mortgage Broker:

You will have the ability and the option to originate and close your Conventional and Non-Conforming Loans (in-house), through a vast array of investors offering hundreds of programs. Due to our large volume of closings our supplier provides a FREE security system and installation to each one of your past clients (at your request). A personalized follow-up, Thank you and referral request letter is sent to each one of your clients. You can even utilize this marketing piece to attract new clients.
CONSUMER DIRECT MAILER:: We have a monthly consumer direct mailing campaign. Each campaign targets different consumer groups.
BOOK-OF-ADS:: As one of our top producers we will provide you with our Ready-To-Use, Direct Response Print Ads and Post Cards. Our "Book-of-Ads" is loaded with camera-ready Newspaper, Homes Book and Direct Mail Postcard ads, plus a bonus clip art section.
