What is Points2U?

It's a unique program that rewards you for using your Community Central Bank Visa® Credit Card or Community Central Bank MasterCard® Debit Card.

What makes Points2U different from "frequent flier" programs?

Unlike typical frequent flier programs, your points are good for most anything. You can book either through your preferred travel agency, direct with travel providers, or over the Internet. Any airline … any hotel or resort … any train trip … any cruise line … any rental car … YOU NAME IT!

What if I don't want to travel?

You can redeem your points for merchandise and gift cards from your program brochure or by visiting our rewards web site by following the links you will find at www.communitycentralbank.com. There are also special "Bonus Rewards" in our online catalog!

How do I earn points?

You earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible credit card purchases and one point for every two dollars spent on eligible debit card purchases. We keep track of all the points you've earned and provide you with a monthly Points2U e-statement. When registering, all you need to do is provide your email address to view your account online.

When can I redeem points?

You can redeem as few as 750 points any time.

How do I redeem points for travel?

Redeeming your points for travel is easy. Simply go online and use our airline booking engine, explore U-Choose to apply your points to pay for all or part of your trip, or take advantage of one of our Travel Packages. If you don't have web access, call our Service Center toll–free at 1-866-POINTS2U (1-866-764-6872) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What if I already took a trip? Can I still get value from my points?

You can redeem your points online for a Travel Rebate Certificate, use the Rewards Redemption form attached to your quarterly Points2U statement, or call the Points2U Service Center to have a Travel Rebate Certificate mailed to you. Return the completed Travel Rebate Certificate along with your receipt(s) from travel and we will issue your credit! For every 5,000 points you request to redeem for travel, you'll receive a $50.00 credit to your Community Central Bank credit or debit card account. It's that easy!

How do I redeem points for gifts?

Redeeming your Points2U points for merchandise and gift cards is just as easy. Simply compare the total points you've accumulated with the number needed for the item(s) you want. If you have enough points, go ahead and redeem online at www.communitycentralbank.com or call our Service Center toll-free at 1-866-POINTS2U. Our Rewards Specialist will take your order, and you will receive your item(s) within 2-4 weeks.

Can my Points2U points be combined with points earned on other programs?

Points may not be combined with, or transferred to, other reward programs.

Do Points2U points expire?

They're good for three (3) years from the year they're earned. So there's plenty of time (and ways) to use your points.

Are Points2U points transferable?

Points are not transferable.
